All of our jerkies are sliced, cured, dried, and smoked at our local facility here in Lincoln City, Oregon. It is a little more moist than most jerkies and has a wonderful alder smoked flavor. We do not put any preservatives in our jerky so no worry about MSG. There is about 3-4 pieces in a pound. Each piece weighs around .25-.33 of a pound. $19.50 per pound.

Choose from seven delicious flavors:

• Original Jerky: Just plain smoked with great smoked flavor.
• Peppered Jerky: Mild hot, with a great smoked flavor.
• Teriyaki Jerky: A little on the sweeter side. Our most popular jerky!
• Cajun Jerky: Mild to moderate heat, adds a great flavor.
• Sweet-Heat Jerky: Teriyaki and Cajun, a little hotter than regular cajun jerky.
• Tex-Mex Jerky: Very hot with extra hot crushed red chili peppers with the same great smoked flavor.
• Garlic Jerky: A light layer of garlic makes this jerky a great one for the garlic lover. Our second most popular jerky.
